An arrest warrant has been issued for Michael Malloy (age 22 of Akron, Ohio) when witnesses saw the suspect streaking naked across the campus of the University of Akron. According to witnesses Malloy was screaming loudly that the PCP was making his skin melt off his body. PCP also known as Angel Dust is known to give people vivid hallucinations. Police recieved several calls from concerned citizens at approximately 7pm Saturday evening. As officers arrived at the scene the suspect fled on foot and is still not in custody.
