New restaurants set to open as early as March of next year on Hamilton's westside. Two major restaurant chains have been researching the demographics of Hamilton's westside. Chain restaurant behemoth Darden Restaurants announced 8/13/2018 that the Italian eatery chain 'Olive Garden' will be breaking ground adjacent to El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant.
