Last night we saw Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin and a new artist in a city not known in France, Verneuil-Sur-Avre. This artist is Thomas Larran, he is 16 years old and is not really a singer. It's an unfluencer on Instagram. According to the paparazzi, they were seen leaving a villa which is reputed to be a recording studio. Should we expect a new single from Justin bieber in September? Will it be in collaboration with Thomas Larran?
