It was announced today at their landmark Chicago hotel, Local owner Dan Schalgen said that the franchisee and along with over 3,100 McDonalds in the state of Ohio, Illinois and Indiana will change their names to McDonnelly's. They will no longer sell their trademark burgers or mcdnuggets. Instead they will switch to selling strictly fish. The change is sure to throw ripples into the fast food market, but McDonnelly's plans to roll out a new happy meal featuring sushi and fish fries for the kiddos.
