Columbus Ohio based, Berliner Park is in negotiation with entrepreneurs from Fort Worth Texas to buyout the sports complex and the rights to their land. With that being said, if the owners of Berliner decide to agree to the deal worth over 1.3 million dollars, the land will be used for a new mall featuring more than 60 stores, and 15 restaurants. Construction came to a hault today as the deal was discussed over the past weekend. More information to come about the deal later this week.
