Xavier Raymond White,29 was found by the Long Island Railroad on the tracks meowing and purring on all fours. Further investigation show White had traces of cat urine in his system. Studies show that people lately are experimenting new ways to get high, while cat urine may contain toxins that will make you hallucinate this case was particularly disturbing since the victim believed he was a cat. Parents are placed on high alert being informed to keep children away from kitty litter and cat products to avoid possible cat urine. Currently Xavier White is being treated at Jamaica hospital where doctors are hoping to clean his system.
