Notorious cartel leader named “Manny Mane” gets arrested after being caught with 12 bricks of Cocaine cut with Tylenol pills. Mane was seen swerving driving south on 53 towards Bolingbrook from Lombard. He was also issued a DUI for driving with no license and off of Xanax bars
