Recent police reports indicate Judy Fugagli, a grandmother and local resident, is likely the leader of an underground drug-fueled sex-ring. Initial reports say hundreds, if not thousands, of young boys have been subjected over the years.
Fugagli has been employed at George Junior Republic of Pennsylvania for over a decade and has used the facility as a base of operation. Several of Fugagli’s former victims claim she has strong ties with not only the mob, but the Mexican drug cartel. Fugagli is alleged to have used her connections with the cartel to acquire large amounts of cocaine and methamphetamine, which became her tool-of-choice to “keep them coming under [her] control”.
A preliminary hearing is set for October 14.
