A ghostly spirit has been seen by several eyewitnesses in the town of Saint Clairsville, Ohio causing havoc on Route 40. The spirit appears in the form of an older man, presumably a local farmer who had passed several years ago, standing in the middle of the road with his arms up in the air. Moments after those who have seen this spirit, the man faces away into nothingness. The Belmont County Paranormal Investigation has been contacted and is working on the case.
