Louisvilletero police arrested 28 year old Marnique Carr this after for yelling Kamehameha in the Louisville Public library. Witnesses say the woman was jumping from table to table fighting "imaginary enemies" though out the library. When police arrived they say the woman was trying to blast them. Police cheif says the other officers was trying to calm the woman and explained to her that she was not Goku for Dragonball Z. Her bond is set to 1,000. Follow for more uodates
