Hartford Conn- The state of CT has had their fair share of drug addiction and opioid crisis. Last month we seen New Haven CT make nationwide news as over 90 reports of overdoses on the synthetic weed called K2. Now Dunkin Donuts on Albany Avenue in Hartford is under crucial investigation, after a 33 yr old man arrested this A.M. and released, after claiming the donut that he ate was laced with crack cocaine. Zhak (full first name withheld for identity purposes) Williams, said he went to the establishment to purchase a vanilla creme filled donut, with candy struessel sprinkled ontop of the donut. Williams said he knew something was wrong as soon as he realized he mumbled to himself "hummidaHUMMADAH" in which he said is a crackhead saying, when they have super human strength. Williams said from that point he felt out of control, as he started cleaning up the establishment, and leaving, but not before stealing the tip jar. Then Williams reportedly went back with a empty tip jar, trying to sell the bar back to the establishment for $5, which prompted the employees to call the Hartford Police Department. Once police got to Dunkin Donuts, they observed Williams with a baseball bat, screaming "you donuts are F*****ng evil. Police then asked Mr. Williams to put his hands up. Instead he unzipped his pants and pulled out his penis, which prompted police to tase Williams, striking him once In the stomach and once in his testicle. He was taken to Hartford Police Department and Safety complex of High Street, which is actually behind the establishment. Williams was released with a promise to appear and a mental evaluation. After hearing Williams belligerently scream "I knew that 'N-Word' with the Carties and Steve's drugged me ". Police are now looking for a suspect who have a pair of Cartier glasses and a custom tooth
