We have learned today that 40 year old James Covarrubias a known ex gang member was arrested this evening and booked without bail for beating a man and sending him too the hospital for making fun of the raiders. The man who's name is not mentioned is in arrowhead hospital in critical condition after James picked him up by his throat and began punching him then slammed the man too the ground . Reports say the man spit and pushed James and said fuck the raiders and that's when James grabbed the other man.. they said James was passing flyers for his church and that's when the man approached James.
