Joliet mayor has decided to give over a thousamd residents vouchers. If they meet the criteria of course. Residents must take a check stub, form if I.D., and birth certificate to apply. Women with children making less that twenty thousand a year sre more than likely pissed first. Women on disability with children fall in line second. Mayor told Hud he will fund this using his own money. We dont know how true that is but, go Mayor. Men with children will also be able to apply. No felons and no unpaid traffic. This is set to take place sep, 19th in front of court house.
