The woman charged in connection with slapping the shit out of a decorated South Windsor police sergeant was released on bail Thursday afternoon, authorities in New Britain said “ She was straight up wackin shit” . Eye witness says “ I was walking my dog like I usually do and all of a sudden I see a woman jump out the bushes and slap the dog shit out of my neighbor so I grabbed my chiwawa and got up outta there “. Authorities say that there were it least 10 victims of the slapping and Are currently still investigating .
