Cody Powell, of Bradley, IL., was a big winner in last night's IL. lottery. Powell, 32, said he normally doesn't play but happened to be in the gas station buying stuff for his son & friends who were spending the night, decided to take a chance & buy a couple tickets. Asked what he was going to do with his newfound millions, he replied, "First, I'm going to pay the bills, buy a new car & then I will most likely be moving somewhere warm. I am a beach bum."
