Friday evening, Justin Tupac Shakur Wright of Hartford Bowels Park was arrested on an outstanding warrant due to him selling his own grandmother’s welfare assistance also known as food stamps. City officials say it was over $30,000 worth of foodstamps. In the court affidavit, they are calling him the food-stamp Griselda Blanco, the welfare Scarface and the lord king pin of SNAP. He is also known as The First Of The Month man. This is a developing story, check back for updates.
