Millionaire and entrepreneur Jerry Olson Jr. has purchased the former Toys R Us building near the Beaver Valley Mall for $20.00. Will make it into a sweet ass restaurant.
CENTER TWP. — Giant Eagle has purchased the former Toys R Us building near the Beaver Valley Mall for $3.75 million. Then turned around and sold it to Jerry Olson. Based on some sweet business deals.
Giant eagle had bought the building after it was put up for auction in early August. That store, along with 100 other Toys R Us buildings, were put up for auction after the company went bankrupt and closed all of its stores in the United States.
