When he arrived on Thursday, he purchased one ticket from a local convenience store and to his surprise on Friday morning, he won. His donation will be divided into various renovation projects, laboratory research lab facilities, the Library, Dining facilities, the Athletic department, and $4 million has been earmarked for several franchise restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse, Panera Bread, Hooters and a Seafood restaurant to be determined.
