At approximately 3:45 Michael Bochino Bueno of 1732 Wick Way Montgomery, IL 60538 was pulled over for a traffic violation when the officer smelled cannabis he did a search and seizure finding 45 wax cartridges along with 500 dollars cash. Officer then arrested Michael.
