Ismael Ortiz, a 29 year old Moses Lake man, is being sought after by Grant County Sheriff's Office as of late Sunday night.
"Mr. Ortiz has been identified through confidential informants as the suspect in Sunday's afternoon death of a black man and will be charged with impersonating a police officer." states Tom Jones, Grant County Sheriff.
Mr. Ortiz faces a lifetime supply of pork ribs and dunkin doughnuts if convicted of the crime which also carries a 10 year mandatory reporting enhancement as junior deputy to the county for which he resides in.
