Cape Canaveral: One night after the full Super Worm Moon reached its closest point to Earth in its elliptical it was observed very low in the sky. "This is a very unusual occurrence" stated astrophotographer Mike Pharout. NASA scientists had no explanation for why this occurred and did not know if it would occur again.
