At 6:15 am local time this morning, sandy shores local Hayden Hume stopped a dog from stepping on a stone.
His efforts have been applauded worldwide, with multiple celebrity figures appointing him a “ hero” and calling him an Aussie legend.
Prime minister Scott Morrison visited his house and talked to him. After, Scott had this to comment.
“A legend forever, he has shown great bravery and a bloody legend”.
Opposition leader Bill Shorten congratulated him through an Instagram post.
“Great job lil legend!”
Daniel Ricciardo tweeted out today his thoughts:
“Heard the lil legend down under likes f1, I am currently talking to my agent about flying him out”.
Hayden since has kept quiet, but with all the fame he has now, surely he will speak up.
