A Bull Shark was spotted in Lake Norman on Friday June 21 around 2 pm. This was reported by a fisherman in the open channel near Holiday Marina. It is unknown how the approximately 6ft. shark came to the lake waters however Bull Sharks are known to inhabit inland fresh waters. The North Carolina Department of game and fisheries are currently searching for the shark.
