A man we can't name for legal reasons, known to be from Faringdon in Oxford was caught transporting illegal drugs accross the sea to France. Locals have spoken out about his history with drugs in the town one man said "yes he and his friends are well known for their mad parties, I thought he'd sorted his life out by now".
The man is being contained in France until after his trial.
