Around 10:30 pm this late evening PPD (Pendleton Police Department) were informed about 12 guns shots that where heard on Main Street Ave. when police showed up to the scene them came across a deceased body that was recognized to be involved with the gang “18st” from Walla Walla WA, word is that a gang war broke out between to members from different sets. “18st” and “Florencia13” this was heard to be the reason of the Gun fight to strike out and ended with the Death of 16 year old Steven Rene Flores..He was pronounced Dead at the scene.
