In the Iowa State Capital located in Des Moines late Friday night, LB 304 was passed 57-0 by representatives and legislators. LB 304, which outlaws those of the African American race, has now been passed in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. Iowa’s Republican State senator Jerry Behn of District 24 was crucial in the passing of the bill. LB 304 strictly outlaws black people and legalizes the murder of blacks along with the destruction of black owned businesses and homes.
