Carmel Catholic, a college-preparatory high school in Mundelein, announced their drug testing policy late last year. This year after their first wave of drug testing, Jason Huther stated that
“We believe that the best way for this to work is for suspicious parents to ask. Instead of shaming and punishing students who might have outside issues.”
