Conor Canavan (21) has been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences including possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply and having a loaded fire arm.
He remains in police custody at this time.
Detective Inspector Barry Hamilton said that police seized a "substantiative amount of cocaine and a loaded fire arm during tonights search.
