Fans were very excited but according to Blake Lively "Gossip Girl finished years ago and is an ancient series that will be missed but won't be coming back." (ANY TIME SOON!). Hearing Lively act so negitively about Gossip Girl 2 fans were worried if she wouldn't participate!
NO SERENA VAN DER WOODSEN?:
If Blake Lively also known as Serena Van Der Woodsen didn't participate in Gossip Girl 2, "I'd be happy to direct Gossip Girl 2 even if I wasn't acting in the show, it could be 20 years from now type of series so everyone had children and they all grew older."-Westwick says on Instagram livestream.

Gossip Girl 2 would be available on Netflix, 'After Party' is what Westwick decided for the name and we are looking forward to see what happens on After Party!
