17 year old Ed Dud arrested for stealing 4 plungers from Family Dollar, located in McKeesport pa. Police say he ran to the parking lot where he and another juvenile tried to escape with the plungers. Police caught Ed Dud but the other suspect is still on the loose. We advise all stores to put their plungers up.
