A man in Perth, Scotland has been taken into custody after stealing light bulbs from a flat, the victim of this lightbulb stealing madman said this: "to be honest I'm not surprised this place is an absolute sh**hole!" The name of the criminal is currently unknown, his court hearing is next week. The man was a known drug user and "junkie" as the locals called him, another resident said: "He was an idiot, I think he finally lost it."
