The bay area finally has something that puts it on the map.
Local hero and uncle Frank has invented a new move that is taking the world by storm. "I point on arm up and out, and bend the other arm while looking away," says Frank "It's all about the speed at which you do it."
Frank had previously been named Time Magazines Person of the Year for 2006, a title he is very humble about. " I think the real person of the year is my nephew Zach."
We don't know what Frank is up to now, but we can be sure he really did invent dabbing.
