At 9:14 this morning teenager Devin Eldridge was caught exiting his Sioux City Home carrying a 4 year old on his back before dumping him into his dumpster. He has now been linked to 16 other cases of molestation and murder. When asking a local they stated, "I don't know shit about this, I just work at Burger King and I gotta take care of my alcoholic husband."
