14yr old D’Travion Capel was fatally shot outside home in Hampton Georgia. Police are still gathering information but state “this is most likely a gang related incident”. Witnesses say 14yr old D’Travion Capel came outside answering a phone call when a black Honda Civic pulled up and proceeded to shoot.
