Naomie Eldridge, a student at Newnan High School was found dead in her family home Sunday morning around 6:00 AM. Naomie’s mother, (Salli Varney) describes it as, “the most terrifying thing a mother could ever encounter.” Mrs, Varney told Newnan Police Department that Naomie never had any past with opioids. Naomie’s body has been sent to Georgia’s medical examiner office for an autopsy. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has not yet to release a statement.
