Country singer George Strait, best known for his songs “Amarillo by Morning” and “Carrying Your Love With Me” was pronounced dead at 7:22 pm, February 5 in Las Vegas motel room.
At 6:42 pm on February 5, 2020 the Las Vegas Fire Department responded to a medical request from the Excalibur Hotel & Casino In Las Vegas where Strait collapsed in a motel room. Firefighters attempted to resuscitate Strait on the scene then was taken to Desert Springs Hospital Medical Center where he died at 7:22.
