A coal shipping and prep company from north Alabama ,to seek high land in harlan county.
Ivy hill being flat,mountain land between hwy38 and us 119 ,with road access and ability to receive coal and ship coal from ky38 and us119 without a disturbance of being in Harlan city limits.
The residents will be made aware of this action sometime in the next week. Either to be bought out of homes, or asked to relocate with some financial help.
The Alabama coal company needs a place with certain land layout and logistics to run the business.
