The crime rate in Limerick city has massively increased over the past few weeks, And more and more brutal unprovoked attacks on teenagers has gotten too common. On Sunday night at 10:22 a Teenager had been confronted by a gang outside Alfie’s pub in what seemed to very confrontational, Local’s to the pub had managed to see the gang off but not soon after the teenager had been lured out into a lane where the teenagers punched, kicked and even landed a stab wound on the lower stomach of the defenceless teen,The ID’s of the suspects are still anonymous but Gardaí are trying there best to track down and prosecute the Gang. The teen is making a full recovery and will be out of hospital in the coming days.
