A driver and helper of a cork rubbish company was seen leaving the yard in cork this morning the helper has since after getting the driver out of the vehicle and tieing him to the lifer on the back of the truck this truck is driving around the cork area at high speed and in a dangerous manner garda have been called to try stop this carryon
