Volkswagen Chattanooga has announced they will be extending their current shutdown indefinitely. Spokesperson Dean Erwin said in a podcast that the shit is hitting the fan and we won't be paying hourly employees after April 3rd. When asked to explain, Mr. Erwin simply stated
"These fuckers are on their own now. We can't keep paying them these outrageous hourly wages while trying to cover the salaries of our all-important essential employees".
