Governor Newsom of California declared on Wednesday morning that all grade levels will repeat their current grade next year. This comes after the Covid-19 outbreak, forcing schools to cancel in class instruction for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. While many schools have transitioned to online learning, many students do not have access to a computer and/or internet.
