Due to the recent outbreak of COVID19, domestic animals have been found to carry the disease for up to 5 days minimum before showing signs of fever, wheezing, and vomiting.
During the recent lockdowns of various counties, President Donald Trump has discussed in the March 30th Senate Conference that there might be a potential “recall” on all domestic pets.
Pet owners will be required to take and leave their pets on registered animal quarantine areas. These are include but are not limited to: animal shelters, vet offices and animal hospitals. If the Act is issued before April 15th, pets will be required to remain in quarantine for up to 21 days. If found with an animal in possession, citizens could be fined up to $500.
