William Jonathan Lenney or better known as WillNE was found dead in his London apartment shared with influencers George Arthur (Memulous) and Alex Elmslie (ImAlexx) on Monday 27th April.
The 24-year-old YouTube sensation was found in luxury bathroom and had reportedly been hit in the back of the head, detectives say by a blue baseball bat found on the scene.
The suspect also left a letter possibly leading to their reason for attack.
The letter stated “your irritating friend is now dead, and I can claim my spot as most subscribed. Watch out Behzinga. I'm coming for you Bahahaha!”
Friends of the victim speculate it is work of Lenney’s rival Jill Hudson, mother to once popular youtuber, Morgz.
In recent weeks, Lenney had taken over Jill’s subscriber count after months of back to back competition and disstracks, making her a reasonable suspect.
However, detective chief inspector Richard Leonard who is working the case would not confirm nor deny the allegations against Jill Hudson (Morgz mum) and had no further comment on the devastating situation.
