During a speech Saturday in which he advocated for the lynching of Bubba Wallace, Nascar's only African American contender, he made the surprise announcement that he, after a thorough internal Justice Department investigation, has ordered his personal Attorney General, William Barr, to posthumously reverse the case brought against the murderer of Civil Rights leader Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King~ James Earl Ray.

Ray, who died in prison in 1988, was the lone perpetrator in the murder of Dr. King in 1968 at a Memphis motel.

Trump, in a fundraising conference call Wednesday, said he thought there was a rush to judgement in Ray's case, and that he had ordered Barr, with the assistance of Rudy Gulianai, to do a subsequent investigation to determine the facts in the case.

Trump says the duo has confirmed that the charges against Ray were trumped up and that there was really no crime committed.

Subsequent to their investigation, Trump has ordered Barr to have Ray's case dropped, his record expunged and, in a surprising move, has ordered a statue of Ray be commissioned and when finished, will be placed on the site of the motel, which he has ordered demolished.
