J.B. Pritzker, governor of the State of Illinois, has a painful solution to the state's debt problem. After extensive talks with members of the North Korean government, Pritzker has cut a deal for the North Koreans to buy the state. "This will solve our debt problem and strengthen relationships with the rogue North Korean government.
The citizenship of Illinois residents will immediately be changed to North Korean citizenship and monuments and flags will be changed appropriately. The highways are now crowded with Illinoisans leaving the state.
