Tuesday May 7th, 2019, a meme has been found making its way from phone to phone in the local Iowa City area. It depicts a strapping handsome man with his face posted over a cop stating they were issuing a ticket for an “uncropped meme.” Local residents claimed they loved the image but that a local fanboy has been taking credit for creating it when the whole area knows he actually stole it. When we reached out for a comment, Vishal declined to answer.
