Adam Persandi was walking down Westbury avenue when he witnessed a car crash into a light pole right in front of him. He says “ the moment I heard the crash my instincts to help kicked in” he then ran to the car and helped the driver out. The driver was disoriented so she kept walking to the curb when he spotted a child’s car seat in the back. By the time he was able to pry the door open thick flames and black smoke covered the car. Adam unaware of the shard of glass going through the palm of his hand takes the baby and gets to a safe spot until emergency personnel arrives at the scene
