Madonna Ciccone, 62, was traveling north on I-5 in the area of Exit 2 in Los Angeles at about 9:50 a.m. Tuesday when a car collided with her vehicle and sent her crashing into the rear of a tractor-trailer parked on the right shoulder of the highway, according to state police.
