Major Construction Accident Reported at Oregon IL Solar Field

An evacuation order was nearly implemented when a catastrophic event occurred at a local solar field under construction. Witnesses say that a semi truck carrying an extremely heavy load of steel poles was in the process of being unloaded when chaos ensued. A large number of the heavy poles came crashing down and sending innocent bystanders fleeing for their safety. Reports say that their was major damge, not only to the vehicle, but also to the sites staging area. Their were also reports that the crash could be heard as far South as Dixon IL.
Authorizies from the Department of Homeland Security are due on site this morning to investigate reports of the Operator possibly consuming a large amoint of Mountain Dew prior to unloading the shipment, which is a blatant violation of local safety codes. The Chopper 3 news team was also there to witness the aftermath of the incident and there will be a full report on this Evening's News at 5, 6 and 10.
