Zayn Malik shares a secret about his former one direction band mates

Zayn Malik briefly explained during his appearance on the late late show with James cordon last night that his former band mates were not just regular guys.
Zayn was asked by James cordon “are you still in contact with any of the boys from 1D?” To which Zayn replied “well I wouldn’t really call them boys, perhaps eh kangaroos”.
Cordon was shocked by this answer as he went speechless for a few moments before asking “kangaroos? What do you mean not boys but kangaroos?” Zayn took a pause before answering Cordons question. When Zayn finally answered he said “yes kangaroos. The secrets out, they are not human, they’re kangaroos”.
Cordon went silent as Zayn went on to explain “I’ve always thought that I never fit in during the times of one Direction and them all being kangaroos and me just being a normal teenage boy it really made me feel left out which could be another reason I just finally decided to leave the band and continue as a solo artist”
Cordon then asked Zayn “but they look like normal boys how do they hide there as you call it kangaroo selves?” Zayn took a sigh and replied “I can’t tell you all the secrets but they only become their kangaroo selves when they’re in Australia”.
Zayn saying that the other members of one direction (Harry styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson) only become their kangaroo selves in Australia brought the attention to fans as to why one direction never went on tour in Australia and an answer to why Harry Styles canceled his show in Australia earlier this year.
